Get Help in Knowing What to Write
You may understand and realize how important a grief journal is to help you mourn your loss, but that doesn't mean you know what to write about. And that's okay. Alison and I will help you.
On certain days, like anniversary days or their birthday, we have something specific we recommend you write about, a specific prompt to help you grieve that day.
On other days you can simply explore topics and write about one that touches you. Or you can start a blank entry and simply write about what's on your mind and in your heart that day.
Writing in your grief journal will help you better understand what you feel, as well as ensure that you record precious memories, thoughts, and feelings.
